Home Presentation

The building consists of a historical part (with denomination Home Ex Groberio), going back to the second half of the 19th century and completely modernised during 2016. The enlargement works, concluded in 2007, which have led to the construction of the new part of the current building, have allowed to augment the housing volume in a considerable way. Every installation and the building itself have been brought into conformity with the rules on security, fire prevention, stays for users with disabilities. The maximum capacity of the building is 62 beds.

The home is equipped with:

• A modern hotel kitchen.
• 2 dining rooms (also usable for other activities), completely furnished (185 square metres).
• 16 bed rooms with en-suite facilities.
• Technological systems, heating, satellite system, telephone.
• Covered outdoor area (platform with canopy of 100 square metres).
• Wide fenced yard equipped for sports and outdoor activities.
• Near Parking at 20 meters.
